2026 Annual Meeting/Elections Edit page

The OCCA 2026 Annual Meeting and Election of the Olde Cobblestone Community Association (OCCA) will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 6:00pm-7:30pm at the Madison Community Center. 

The election for one OCCA Board of Directors position will also be held.

The proposed 2026 Annual Budget, Reserve Statement, Updated 5-Year Plan and agenda have been posted to the OCCA Website under the “OCCA Meetings”>”2026 Meetings”>"2026 Annual Mtg/Election” webpage for homeowners review prior to the annual meeting. For your reference the year ending 2025 Operating and Reserve statements are also posted.

The owners will vote on the 2026 Proposed Budget and Updated 5-year Plan.  The vote requires a quorum (25%) of homeowners either attending or represented by proxy at the meeting, or through mail-in ballots received by February 21, 2026.  At the end of the year Olde Cobblestone has 230 homes, therefore a quorum of at least 58 homeowners is required.

The Director election also requires a quorum of at least 58 homeowners either attending or represented by proxy at the meeting, or through mail-in ballots received by February 21, 2026.  All information regarding the nominees and election process are posted on the OCCA Website under the “OCCA Meetings”>”2026 Meetings”>"2026 Annual Mtg/Election” webpage.
